We deliver across Nigeria, and you can also pick up your order in Benin City. Everything is arranged on WhatsApp, so a real person confirms your order, delivery fee and date.
Delivery options
Delivery times are in working days and start once your payment is confirmed. The delivery fee depends on where you are, and we tell you the exact amount on WhatsApp before you pay.

PAYMENT
Bank transfer, before dispatch
Once we confirm your total, including delivery, we send our account details on WhatsApp. Pay by bank transfer, send us your payment receipt, and we pack and send your order.
RETURNS
48 hours or 7 days
Damaged or wrong item: tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund you in full. Changed your mind: send back sealed, unused items within 7 days. Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer within 3 working days. Full returns rules
RETURNS & REFUNDS
The details
Everything about sending something back, in plain words. Start every return with a WhatsApp message so we can help quickly.
- Damaged or wrong item
- Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your name, the item and a clear photo of it and its packaging.
- We replace it, or refund you in full, including the delivery fee you paid. If we need the item back, we arrange it and cover the cost.
- Changed your mind
- You can return products and accessories within 7 days of delivery if they are sealed, unused and in their original packaging.
- Message us first so we can arrange it. You pay the cost of sending the item back to us in Benin City, or you can drop it off by arrangement.
- What we can’t take back
- Hair care products that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged or wrong.
- Accessories that have been used or are no longer in their original packaging.
- For change-of-mind returns, the original delivery fee is not refunded.
- How refunds are paid
- Once we receive and check a returned item, or confirm a damaged or wrong item from your photo, we pay your refund by bank transfer within 3 working days.
- We send it to the account you paid from, or to another account in your name that you give us. We tell you on WhatsApp when it has been sent.
- If a return doesn’t meet the rules
- If an item comes back opened, used or damaged after delivery, we can’t refund it. We’ll let you know and arrange to send it back to you.

How your parcel travels from Benin City, and what to do if something goes wrong on the way.
- Where we deliver
- Anywhere in Nigeria. We don’t ship outside Nigeria at the moment.
- When the clock starts
- Delivery times count working days from when your payment is confirmed, and include packing. Orders paid on a weekend or public holiday start counting on the next working day.
- Check your details
- Please make sure your phone number and address in the cart are complete and correct, so the rider or courier can reach you.
- Not arrived yet?
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the delivery time we gave you, message us on WhatsApp with your name and order details and we’ll check with the courier straight away.
- Lost or damaged on the way
- If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us on WhatsApp. We’ll trace it with the courier and agree the next step with you, and damaged items are covered by the 48-hour promise above.
